Nadia Eshaghpour is a New York-based cook & author. Originally from Iran, Nadia wanted to share her love and expertise of Persian culinary with others. Alas, Saffron & Spice: My Persian Kitchen was born. This is Nadiaās first cookbook, but sheās just getting started.
Background
Nadia first found her passion for culinary through helping her mother Pooran perfect each recipe. By dashing spices in elaborate family meals, those early experiences led her to pursue a love in the kitchen.
As her palette grew, so did her recipe-filled journal.
When her journal came to its last page, she realized she wrote a cookbook without a second thought.
After two years of perfecting each recipe for her readers, Nadia is finally able to share her side of the kitchen! Her cookbook is finally available via online on the BookBaby website.
