I have never cooked any Persian food in my life. My husband is Persian so you can imagine his family are all expert Persian cooks. I felt like I needed to learn and bought this book. It’s really well done. The recipes all look so good I can’t wait to start learning how to make them. I did of course immediately make tahdig right after I got the book (my first try ever). I was really intimidated but it actually came out well (well at least for a non Persian standard lol. I’m going to get this for all my family to make as well. I’m so happy I got it.
